Aurora is a family business that has been around for more than 80 years, experiencing many changes. Discover here how we have continued to evolve and innovate over the years.
1935
Aurora was founded in Turnhout. On offer: traditional school exercise books and carnets.
1960
Aurora moved to Beerse and acquired many new buildings.
2005
With its extensive range of school and office supplies, Aurora steadily grew into the most important manufacturer of stationery products in the Benelux.
2007
Aurora added a storage warehouse for raw materials.
2008
Aurora started a cooperation with Cadara. The companies built a distribution centre together.
2010
Aurora celebrated its 75th anniversary and fully acquired Cadara.
2012
Aurora integrated an external warehouse in Beerse.
2018
Eric Willems became Aurora's new General Manager.
