To meet your highest expectations, we have committed to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 – international standards that allow us to increase delivery reliability, respond to your questions more consistently, shorten lead times, and actively reduce our environmental impact.
We strive to be fully certified for both standards in 2026. This milestone is not an endpoint, but a catalyst for our broader ambition: to continuously improve, operate sustainably, and strengthen your trust in every collaboration.
A key part of this process is streamlining our internal workflows (ISO 9001), which will help us improve our delivery performance. Specifically, we are working on:
- A more efficient supply chain
- Improved and integrated business and production planning
- Better coordination across our internal teams
We believe these efforts will enable us to operate more efficiently and keep you better informed – paving the way for stronger collaboration.
With ISO 14001, we are also mapping our CO₂ emissions in three scopes:
- Scope 1 – direct emissions from company-owned sources, such as facilities and vehicles
- Scope 2 – indirect emissions from purchased energy, including electricity, heating or cooling
- Scope 3 – other indirect emissions across our value chain, such as raw material production, waste processing, and business travel
These insights are the starting point for targeted efforts to reduce our ecological footprint and provide transparent updates on our progress.
