HEALTH, SAFETY, AND ENVIRONMENT POLICY STATEMENT

The management of AURORA Productions aims, within the framework of its social responsibility, to shape the long-term development of the company through an effective Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policy.

This policy is aimed at the well-being of all its partners. This means:

  • The well-being of everyone involved with AURORA Productions contributes to the sustainable and successful development of our company.
  • This well-being requires active prevention of industrial and health risks to prevent personal injury.
  • This well-being also requires the management of all material and organizational resources to limit the consequences of an accident or incident.

This policy is realized through continuous monitoring of work execution.

By adhering to a few simple guidelines, accidents can be effectively prevented, and the pursuit of continuous improvement can be achieved.

Active participation in the prevention policy is a responsibility for everyone in the hierarchical line. Technicians, team leaders, and management must all contribute at their respective levels.

To ensure that everyone within the organization can fulfill their responsibility properly, the management prioritizes a policy focused on the following elements:

  • Providing and maintaining the necessary resources for safe working conditions.
  • Involving employees as much as possible in decision-making and measures needed to improve working conditions.
  • Through a thorough analysis of existing risks and maintaining a tailored prevention and avoidance policy.
  • Regular inspections of health, safety, and environmental systems by the Hierarchical Line and the Prevention and Protection at Work service to continuously improve workplace safety.
  • Permanent control of processes and actions to reduce the likelihood of personal injury and material damage as much as possible. If not feasible, addressing the source.
  • When purchasing and designing tools, machines, and other items affecting working conditions, consultations will take place with the Prevention and Protection at Work service, and expert advice will be sought if necessary.
  • Constantly motivating all involved to achieve the highest possible level of well-being, environmental awareness, quality, order, and cleanliness.

By setting up and developing an adapted well-being structure, the management of AURORA Productions demonstrates its commitment to its responsibilities. The absolute goal of the management is to prevent damage.

In the event that, despite all these systems, a work accident does occur, this accident will be investigated to determine how it can be avoided in the future and whether, if necessary, adapted work can be found for the person involved.
