On Tuesday 5 May, Aurora had the pleasure of welcoming an enthusiastic group of first-year STEM B-stroom students as part of the JINC België work experience day.
During their visit, the students discovered how a notebook is made and the many skills involved behind the scenes. Our colleagues guided them through different departments at Aurora, from printing and logistics to planning and HR.
Of course, there was also plenty of hands-on experience:
- designing their own cover
- working with a die-cutting machine
- exploring order picking and shipping
- assembling their own ADOC notebook
Through initiatives like these, we aim to introduce young people to technology, manufacturing and the world of work in an accessible and inspiring way, fully aligned with SDG 4.
